What is Walem’s Academy?<\/h3>\n

The “Walem’s Academy” is a coaching project in the football world.
\nThis coaching can be individualized or grouped (4 to 6 players maximum).<\/p>\n<\/div>

Why did I decide to get into individual coaching?<\/h3>\n

The idea and the desire to develop this concept comes logically following my life course as a person who has been able to make his passion his profession.
\nClubs and\/or team coaches do not have the time to work individually in a targeted manner.
\nGroup management is different and less specific than individual development.
\nEach player has his own needs which are not necessarily those of his colleagues.
\nDuring my career in youth football, I followed individual sessions.<\/p>\n

These allowed me to improve, to finally become a professional player and achieve my career as a player and coach.
\nNow I would like to pass on my experience to future footballers.
\nThe individual or collective session (4-6 people) allows to increase the level of the player technically and mentally.
\n– It is a more precise and complete development and improvement of all the technical aspects of this sport, without forgetting the fundamentals.<\/p>\n

Passing by :
\n\u2022 the basic technique.
\n\u2022the coordination.
\n\u2022 passing: short, medium, long.
\n\u2022finishing.
\n\u2022 Set pieces: free kick, corner, etc.
\n\u2022 the use of both feet.
\n\u2022 The aerial game.
\n\u2022 timing.
\n\u2022 Specific requests
\n\u2022 \u2026<\/p>\n

Without forgetting the human aspect, the relationship, self-esteem, self-confidence…<\/strong><\/p>\n
